I will NOT be afraid!

In him I trust, and I will not be afraid. What can a mere human being do to me?

[ PSALM 56:11(GNT)]

Deborah says:

After years of being deceived, abused and mistreated, I had no one else to turn but to God. Since turning to Him, He alone has healed my pain of past situations, and continues to give me the strength to go through and overcome every trial I face.

So today I know if God is for me then who can stand against me? As Isaiah 54:17 (KJV) says, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

I have learned to forgive others and myself and to place GOD above all. Today I know mercy, today I know grace, and today I know forgiveness. I may not always succeed at being my best but I am always praying and seeking the wisdom from Him. Above all it is His Love that I lacked, and having a relationship with God accepting His word as truth unconditionally. Trusting Him, fearing Him, Loving Him and obeying Him.

My beloved and esteemed Deborah in Christ:

You are BLESSED to have found GOD, our Father,
    Son and Holy Spirit.

Yes, you will never be alone again, mentally and spiritually.

HIS PRESENCE transcends our human frailty, and miracles live with us more often than not.

Personally, I was born and brought up in a traditional Hong Kong Buddhist family. I found GOD when my parents sent me to St. Stephen’s Girls’ School for education.

Thereafter, in 1954, I set sail to Japan alone to International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan, without knowing one word of Japanese.

In 1958 after my college graduation there, I set sail alone to America the Beautiful to study at the Union Theological Seminary, New York City.

Those were years shortly after the Second World War, and civil air transportation was not readily available.

I was alone across lands and seas, but GOD was always with me.
“The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.”

Today, with ten children and nineteen grandchildren, they may live elsewhere, I may be physically alone. Yet our ALL MIGHTY GOD is always with me and us.
HIS Loving Presence and Divine Mercy never leave us.

    May GOD BLESS you inestimably and infinitely;
    GODSPEED, Always and Forevermore!

    Mary Sun.

Our 18 year old son died 4-26-10… A friend of mine pointed out a Bible Verse that has helped me deal with his death… John 16:20-24 ♥ Our son died 13 times before he was 7 hours old; was placed on ECMO (an artificial heart & lung machine); after 3 days he developed a brain hemorage & had to be taken off ECMO; we were told he would die before the night was over; & so My husband & I prayed that he would live long enough to know his family. He lived with O2 & monitors; then had several skull surgeries; we were told he had bi-polar & would have to live in a home, but we refused to believe that, so we homeschooled him & taught him & his brothers everything we knew! They all graduated Highschool at 16!! Gregory went onto to college Full-time, while working Full-Time, Living on his OWN, Driving his own car (that he paid for!), & had more friends than we could have ever dreamed of! He had a FULL Life & knew his entire Family! ♥ On April 26th, 2010 – after a morning at college & on his way to work, it was raining & the road he was on went from 2 lanes to 1 lane… His car hit the guardrail & then crossed back over the road & hit a tree. Never once hitting anyone or anything else, He died on impact, leaving behind his Father & I (Mother) & his two older brothers… We miss him dearly!! ♥ Gregory wanted to become a priest, but was told he couldn’t because of a label given to him by a doctor, as a child! Gregory was hurt, but didn’t let that stop him! He was going to become a nurse, where he could still help people!! But the Good Lord had Better Plans! He’s now got the best teacher in creation! ♥ God’s Blessings!
