God Brought Me Out Of Homelessness

“Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.”

[Isaiah 59:1 NIV]

Felix writes:

I was homeless. At times I had not eaten for a month. I would have to steal sometimes to eat. I was sleeping in a shed behind a grammar school. I had noone to help me. I felt all alone and hated. I cried out to God. He eventually answered me by find a place where I could earn my GED and get a trade. A place where I could sleep and food to eat. A place where rain and snow wouldnt fall on me while i slept. A place where I would wake up and could feel my toes in the morning. Gods arm reached out and touched my life. His ears heard my cries and He answered me. I will never forget what He did for me. He made me who I am today and gave me what I have now.

    Dear Felix:

    You surely deserve the best!

    With your trusting faith and prolific writing, you will succeed with flying colors in your every ambition. I believe that you will be a powerful Evangelist, and bring many to His Flock if you choose so to do.

    I, too, “In my distress I called upon the LORD. Yes, I cried to my God; And from His temple He heard my voice. And my cry for help came into His ears” (2 Samuel 22:7).

    Yes, “With a strong hand and an outstretched arm…For His lovingkindness is everlasting” (Psalm 136:12);

    “AND HIS MERCY IS UPON GENERATION AFTER GENERATION TOWARD THOSE WHO FEAR HIM. He has done mighty deeds with His arm…And has exalted those who were humble” (Luke 1:50-52).

    ” FOR THE EYES OF THE LORD ARE TOWARD THE RIGHTEOUS, AND HIS EARS ATTEND TO THEIR PRAYER. BUT THE FACE OF THE LORD IS AGAINST THOSE WHO DO EVIL” (1 Peters 3:12).

    Thank you.

    May GOD ALL MIGHTY Bless you bounteously this Thanksgiving Day and beyond;
    GODSPEED, always and forevermore!

    Mary Sun.
