“Finding My Strength In Weakness”
“For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness, yet he lives by God’s power. Likewise, we are weak in him, yet by God’s power we will live with him to serve you.”
Portia writes:
When i read this verse i was so touched,i’ve always been embarrassed by my weakness,but the word of God tells us that the Lord had a purpose for those weaknesses..he says when you are weak that’s when you are strong,when you know your weaknesses and share them with your fellow brethren you reach out to that particular individual,your weakness might be their strengths,so i want to urge you to fellowship with others and share your weakness with them…did you know that strengths impress whereas our weakness create influence and also our strengths create competition whereas our weakness create a community….may God bless you to face all you weaknesses to and use them for his purpose

Dear Portia:
I experience, like you, positively “to fellowship with others and share” my weakness with them.
For, truly, “the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot” (Romans 8:26). Beyond doubt, “the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength” (1 Corinthians 1:25).
Once we “want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in his death,” (Philippians 3:10), we may experience, like
“Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and power, did great wonders and miraculous signs among the people” (Acts 6:8).
We, “Therefore… Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves” (Philippians 2:1-3).
May “the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit” (2 Corinthians 13:14) be with us all.
Thank you.
May GOD ALL MIGHTY Bless you inestimably and infinitely;
GODSPEED, always and forevermore!
Mary Sun.
