“There Is No Flaw In You”
Winner of the Flips Ahoy Contest:
“All beautiful you are, my darling; there is no flaw in you.”
Ashley writes:
I have not seen or heard from my dad since I was two, and the last words that he said to me were forever ringing in my head: “I’m leaving because you’re not good enough.” That was almost 18 years ago.
But about a week ago, I was reading in Song of Solomon chapter 4 and read this verse: “All beautiful you are, my darling; there is no flaw in you.” At that moment God just breathed restoration into my soul.
My earthly father’s words are not fully gone yet, but they are slowly being rewritten by God’s words from Song of Solomon 4:7!

Dear Ashley:
My heartiest congratulations to you being the “Winner of the Flips Ahoy Contest!”
Objectively, I can honestly tell you that you are, indeed, beautiful ‘in and out’–unlike my frequent subjective, prejudicial statements to my own children and grandchildren :-).
Truly, “He has made everything beautiful in its time… yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end” (Ecclesiastes 3:11) for you.
And, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GLAD TIDINGS OF GOOD THINGS!” (Romans 10:15).
“And the God of all grace, Who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast” (1 Peter 5:10).
Thank you.
May GOD ALL MIGHTY Bless you inestimably and infinitely;
GODSPEED, always and forevermore!
Mary Sun.

There is a friend of mine who is recently dealing with a breakup and a broken heart, and a lot of old feelings related to her father abandoning her are resurfacing. I sent her this story and it really encouraged her, so thank you for sharing and again… CONGRATULATIONS!!!
