“God Helped Me Stand Up For the Bible”
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Davis writes:
My cousin and I have not seen each other since we were children. I am 61! We just established email contact today for the first time and one of the first things she mentions is her church. I ask her which one and she refers me to the site, and I look at it and say to her that they believe all human beings are essentially good whereas the Bible teaches that we are all essentially bad, and the church site says that Jesus had the spirit of God, JUST AS WE ALL DO, in other words He is not both God and Man. I told her that if this church believes those things, then they are unbiblical. No email back from her. But we must “stand up” for the living God when he hear nonsense being propounded as truth. That is why a good grounding in what the Bible SAYS is so crucial. If you know your Bible, you will know instantly when something you hear is unbiblical or biblical. Instantaneously.

Dear Davis:
You said it: “But we must “stand up” for the living God when he hear nonsense being propounded as truth.”
I am most interested in studying major world religions all my life, and have been exposed to countries of Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, Judaism, Mohammedanism.
No doubt, all serious religions teach goodness and truths, though some distort the teachings thereof for whatever personal reasons, justification or gains.
It is, however, Judeo-Christianity that has captured my mind, heart and soul. For, truly,
“And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).
Your and others’ testimonies of faith in ShareYourStoryNow.org, have never failed to reinforce my own faith and life experiences of His redemption and salvation.
Thank you.
May GOD ALL MIGHTY Bless you infinitely and inestimably;
GODSPEED, always and forevermore!
Mary Sun.
