I'm Looking to Jesus

But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

[Hebrews 11:16 KJV]

Willie B. writes:

I’m looking to Jesus to take me to a far better place than I live in here! The kind of place where we’ll have the best Marriage Supper we can imagine!

The whole body of the Church, we are the groom; so we have to make ourself ready for the Bridegroom! We have to be ready all the time, because we don’t know when Jesus is coming back.

Jesus gave us the bodies we live in to bring glory to Him! The Lord Jesus and the Holy Ghost live in our bodies! God put the breath of life into this body; it should be used for His glory every day.

My old life would have taken me to hell; I pray the life I’m living now will take me to be with the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ (The Anointed One)! Him and God are one, we can’t separate that (John 1:1,14)!

    Dear Willie B.:

    Truly, “Our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in us, Whom we have received from God. (1 Corinthians 6:19).

    “As the body without the Spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead” (James 2:26).

    We being “members of His Body” (Ephesians 5:30), “it should be used for His Glory every day,” indeed.

    No doubt, life is not easy as we sojourn to our final home in the heavenly country. But, did not “Christ have to suffer these things and then enter His Glory?” (Luke 24:16).

    Like the Psalmist, we can be comforted and assured that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let our foot slip–He who watches us will neither slumber nor sleep. (Psalm 121:2-3).

    May the Peace of Christ rule in our hearts, since as members of one body we were called to peace. (Colossians 3:15).

    Thank you.

    May GOD ALL MIGHTY Shower His infinite and inestimable Blessings upon you;
    GODSPEED, always and forevermore!

    Mary Sun.
