“Miraculously I Paid My Bills”
God is faithful …
Barbara K. writes:
This last fall, I received the news that there had been an error by the government in my income payments, and that the government would be withholding what amounted to half my monthly income for six months!
This was a great blow to me, and I did not see how I was going to “get by” on half my income and still “make ends meet.” (Because I am partially disabled, I did not have the possibility of an extra job.)
I know, however, that “God is faithful”, and that I can trust Him completely, whatever He sends my way. I continued to give my tithes and offerings regularly during the time the income was cut back, and took one day at a time.
Miraculously, all my bills were paid on time, and I did not have to borrow any money! I am very grateful to God for His faithfulness. We need to depend on Him and not on our income or our bank account.
Praise His holy name! “God is faithful.”

Barbara, thanks for sharing. I’m inspired by how deeply you trust God!
The more I journey spiritually, the more I realize that it is (among other things) a journey of ever-deepening trust. And I’m realizing that developing deeper levels of trust takes a lot of time (for me anyway).
One of my favorite authors refers to the spiritual journey as a journey of surrendering to Love. I think that’s TRUST.
Blessings to you, Barbara.

Dear Barbara K.:
I echo your resounding “God is faithful;” and praise Him with the ‘harp’ of His Faithfulness (Psalm 71:22).
God always remembers His Lovingkindness and faithfulness. “… All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God” (Psalm 98:3).
As we embrace the Gospel, we partake with Christ in all the hopes and promises therein. God is Faithful to His Son; and will be Faithful to us unto eternal life.
“…Because I live, ye shall live also” (John 14:19).
“For I am confident of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you, will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:6).
I trust that you have heard His ‘whispering’ voice to you: “Well done, thou good and faithful servant” (Matthew 25:21).
Thank you.
May GOD ALL MIGHTY Bless you infinitely and inestimably;
GODSPEED, always and forevermore!
Mary Sun.
