Producer, Percy Bady, has been teaching his son about the Bible through music. He has a heart for kids growing up in single parent homes.

MR. PERCY BADY: Well I’m grateful that God has given me the gift of music, gift of song. And the way that I’ve been teaching my son is through the gift of song. You know there’s some scriptures that I’ll pull out that are very simple and I will just sing a little melody to him. And it causes to, first of all that bond that happens just from me and him doing that is so incredible. But the other side is that he’ll come back to me later on and say, dad, he’ll sing it to me. And it’s just an incredible way of teaching him the Word in a very, very challenging time. Because I think we’re in a time now where you know a lot of kids are growing up in single family homes and they don’t have the opportunities that I had as a kid to know the Word. And so I think it’s very important now. If I could really teach how to do that, that would be a great way to teach people how to learn the Word of God through a song.
