And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
[John 14:3 NIV]

CHRISTINE PRANKARD: Actually, um, we got our name about four years ago now I would say and what happened was we were all just sitting around in our living room and we were actually listening to a Sonic Flood CD and the song “Carried Away” came on and Colleen says to us hey that’d be a really cool band name to call ourselves.
And we just loved it. We loved it for the meaning because you know one day you know we will be carried away to heaven to be with Jesus.
And also for the fact that sometimes we do get a little bit carried away. But, um, that’s sort of the story behind the song.
PAM WALKER: There’s been times where—um, we all write songs so there’s been times where I just—I’ll read scripture and it will just come alive to me and I’ll be like that would be a great song.
And one song that comes to mind was—and this is going to sound really weird but it’s from, um, the song of songs and, um, it’s “Don’t Awaken Love Before it’s Time”, and it’s a simple verse but it’s so powerful because being young girls, you know, we like to—we like to feel loved and sometimes girls turn to the wrong people to feel loved and they turn to guys.
And, um, we struggle with that all the time and that verse really—that was one I realized that I need to wait for my husband and just wait for God’s timing because God has it in his hands. Like everything else, we can trust him with that.
