From a young age, musician Drew Cline learned to “fake” the Christian life. 1 John 1:9 changed his life because he knew he was both forgiven and cleansed.

Drew, thanks for sharing. I think it’s so cool — and so mysterious and powerful — how God sometimes uses just one verse to change our lives … to truly bring about change in us.
There have definitely been seasons in my life when I clung to just one verse, and God used just one verse to sustain me or comfort me or challenge me … to help me grow.
