“God Loves and Protects Me”
I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me. O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.

Whenever I feel down and the world is getting to me, I go back and read this whole chapter and realize that God loves me and forgives me of everything and anything I have done. He protects me from my enemies, and forgives them as well.
In a world gone crazy, we need the Lord our God to protect us and keep us as His own.
