“Wife of NFL Player Shares Hope”

I lost the love of my life on August 30, 2002. His name was Dave Dalby, and he was a famous NFL player [with the Oakland Raiders].
Ten days before he died, my daughter wrote a letter to him that the Holy Spirit told her to write — and it changed his life. The day before he died he accepted the Lord as his savior!
God gave me the passion to write his story, and now it is on a website for many Raider fans to see.
I have purpose in my life and will continue to share the Good News with everyone I meet. Jeremiah 29:11 became my future without Dave. I believe it every day, and I follow God’s lead. We go to the stadium and bring Raider fans to the knowledge of the Lord! It is awesome to see!
