“A God of grace and mercy to a poor sinner”
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
Charlton R. writes:
This scripture helped me to understand what the fear of the Lord was all about. I’m the type of person who tends to reason about everything, and the word of God sometimes didn’t make much sense to me. I was enslaved by my own passions and lusts: “if it feels good, do it” was my creed. Nothing else made sense.
The web of sin that I wove had become so complex that i couldn’t see my way out. It became embarrassing to even think about the Lord.
Through this scripture, God appealed to my nature and forced me make a decision. His love for me gave me a way out and delivered me from the grip of sin and confusion. I love him today for his grace and mercy toward me a poor sinner.

Thanks for this inspiring testimony.
Indeed, God is One of mercy, grace, compassion, and forgiveness when one seeks Him in Truth.
The ground is level at The Cross.
We were all sinners headed for a devil’s eternally burning hell when The LORD Jesus reached way down to lead us to Him.
Because of all that He has done for us, God’s children will be able to sing a song in Heaven that the angels cannot sing….it is the song of the redeemed. Thank You, LORD Jesus!!! Glorify Thy Name in Heaven and earth, Precious Father and Eternal LORD.
